Kris met his niece Piper for the first time this week before a busy day of meetings.

Tuesday was a day of meetings at Buffalo’s beautiful Rowhouse where Kris and Andrea met with creators, producers and local investors about the plan to bring a production studio facility and Esports arena to WNY. Kris shares his thoughts on finding peace and enjoyment in the journey, something that has eluded him for the better part of the past decade. The latest leg of the journey has taught Kris quite a bit about real estate development, commercial lending, and all the tax incentives working together to drive the revitalization of downtown Buffalo.
